Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Carlos Baleba wants to join Manchester United in the summer transfer window, according to Mick Brown.
The former Man Utd chief scout has revealed that from wha he has been told, Baleha is keen on a move to Old Trafford.
Brown told Football Insider: “From what I hear, he wants to make the move.
“He’s got friends in the squad who will have been talking to him about joining.
“I think he’s a tremendous player, he looks like a real top player who can keep improving and get to a really high level.
“If Man United could get a deal over the line, it would be a major plus for them.
“It’s just about whether they can do a deal with Brighton, because understandably they’re not going to want to lose their star player now.
“It won’t be an easy one to do, and I wouldn’t expect him to force through a move.
“But if an agreement can be reached with the clubs, talks with the player should be relatively easy.â€
