Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Nico Paz from Como in the summer transfer window, according to TBR.
The Premier League club have enquired about a potential deal for the 20-year-old Argentina international attacking midfielder.
Paz joined Como from Madrid in the summer of 2024, with the Spanish and European powerhouse having buy-back options on the youngster.
Journalist Graeme Bailey has told TBR: âSpurs are one of several clubs, via various channels, that have asked about Nico Paz, but Real Madrid have stepped in to make it clear that his future is in the Spanish capital.
âIn theory, Spurs, or indeed other interested clubs, could have secured a loan-type deal as Como have, but that does not appeal given there would be little to no chance of a permanent deal if he performed well.â
Paz starred for Como in Serie A last season and was one of the best young attacking players in the Italian top flight. The 20-year-old scored six goals and gave eight assists in 30 starts and five substitute appearances in the league.
