Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min is set to leave for Los Angeles FC in the summer transfer window, according to TBR. Son has already revealed that he has decided to leave Spurs, and it has now emerged that he is off to the USA.
The report has claimed that Son and LAFA have agreed on a deal in principle, but the transfer is far from done. The Major League Soccer club now have to find an agreement with Tottenham, who exercised their option to trigger the one-year extension in Son’s contract, which runs until the summer of 2026.
Son has been in talks with LAFC since earlier this summer when he told Tottenham that he could leave. The South Korea international forward has now made up his mind to leave the North London club for good after 10 years. There has been speculation that Tottenham are looking at Rodrygo of Real Madrid to replace Son.
